Alright, i know they aint washboard abs, but pretty close right.
You does not need to be a rocket scientist to figure out that its about losing fat and gaining muscles. You will first have to get rid of the belly and we shall start with diet.
Diet
-Drink more water
-Eat more vegetables and fruits
-No fast food
-No sugared drink
-Reduce portion size/increase meal amount
Water flushes the waste and toxins from your body. It also helps to keep you full so that you do not go around chomping on nasty foods. Same as water, fruits and vegetables helps to keep your stomach full and they are packed with nutrients, low in calories and fat.
Excercises
-Increase cardiovascular workouts (eg. Running)
-Abs Training (eg. Crunches, Flutter Kicks)
Even so you have to start building your abs, even if they are still under your belly fat.
